On my last day in Paris before flying home we went down to the river to see what all the fuss was about. Art work was being moved to higher ground at the Louvre and the Musée D’Orsay. Neither museum was open and two Metro stations were also closed. The river actually peaked the night before but you could see why emergency measures were being taken.
- Pont des Arts was closed.
- A sculpture display had been installed.
- Found art.
- The dreaded love locks have migrated to other bridges.
- Bird’s eye point of view.
- It was one of those days.
